If you apply for a home with us, the following personal information is processed:
• – Name, cpr. Nr. and address
• – Data from your application form
If you are under the age of 18, we also process personal information about your parents (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and CPR numbers). The personal information about your parents is stored for the purpose that we can contact them regarding your housing situation, schooling and well-being, which we are obliged to do until you turn 18 years old.

Your rights

• You have the right to have the personal information we have registered about you corrected and updated
• You have the right to have the personal information we have registered about you deleted. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, we will delete all information that we are not required by law to store. We store your personal information for as long as is necessary for Fortunkollegiet’s documentation of our administration of your schooling. Most information about you is therefore deleted after completing your education with us.
• However, the following information about you will not be deleted until after 5 year: information in cases of application and administration of rent and deposit.
• If the processing of personal data is based on a consent from you, you have the right to withdraw the consent, which means that processing then ceases, unless we are required by law to process the personal data.

Video surveillance on Fortuncollege
In general, the dormitory does not want a general monitoring of activities at the dormitory to be established, but for documentation reasons it has proved appropriate to establish a limited monitoring in a way that is least disturbing to the personal integrity of residents and employees. . The surveillance takes place in accordance with the Television Surveillance Act no. 788 of 12 August 2005 with subsequent amendments, no later than 6 June 2007. The surveillance takes place at the dormitory’s entrances, facades and bicycle parking areas. There was a sign with video surveillance. The undersigned is responsible for the use of recordings by the undersigned Flemming Zachariasen. Henrik Faaborg, IT manager, is responsible for the actual operation of the plant, recordings and deletion. A declaration of confidentiality has been signed regarding the content of the recordings. Recordings will be deleted after 7 days unless there are special circumstances.
