Accommodation prices
The rent varies from DKK 2864 for the smallest room to DKK 4962 for a double room. The rent for most of the rooms is DKK 3325,- inclusive water, heating, electricity and Wifi.
Rent adjustment: From 1 March 2026, the rent will be charged according to net price indices corresponding to 2.3%. The rent will be adjusted for the first time on 1 March 2026 and notified 3 months in advance. Going forward, the rent will be adjusted at the start of each semester on 1 August and thus notified in April.
Standard Room
The rooms 1-62 are 10.7 m² and the entrance hall, toilet and shower are shared with the neighbor (the floor plan on the left illustrates 2 dorm rooms and their shared space).
The rooms have a private sink, a built in closet, and a mirror with built in storage over the sink. Additionally there is a cieling lamp with dimmer.
It is possible to borrow a bed (90×200), table, chair and a desktop lamp for free from the dorm.
Rent: 3325kr.
Room in annex
The dorm has two annexes each with rooms and a kitchen. Small annex has 4 rooms (76-79) and Big annex has 8 rooms (64-71). In Big annex 3 bathrooms are shared amongst the 8 residents. The rooms here are equipped with a wardrobe and a lamp with dimmer. The rent for these rooms depends on size and varies from 2864-3632kr.
Double rooms
The dorm has 2 double rooms. These are assigned to Upstairs Kitchen and both consist of 2 rooms, and entrance hall with built in closet and a bathroom. The rent is 4962kr.
